  The other reviewers hit the nail on the head with the tasting notes, especially regarding the reduction which blew off around 30 mins after as well.

  HDH auction at avec (Chicago, IL): Not as overwrought as some other PYCM can be; this was a little lighter and there was some really nice acidity to balance things. Very drinkable and approachable.

  Rustic bouquet with some minerals. Same on the palate, lemon and lime, medium+ acidity and chalky minerals in the finish.
