Warmest appellation in the Languedoc. Here its five km from the sea. So warmer but more influence from the ocean. Balance I am being told by these two things. 20 acre vineyard total. And here loads of Mourvedre. New world attitude in an old world wine. Little more ripeness, darker fruit, chocolate coco component is the idea.
This might be slightly corked. So the smallest production of what I am tasting here. A more celebrial wine is the idea. And maybe that is just a true. Its just a little touch green and that apparently isn't supposed to be there.
And exploration producer and appeal to people but still have a French background to it.
