  Un blanc non-filtré d'une couleur étonnante. Un jaune citron très pâle avec des reflets métalliques. Très particulier visuellement, mais aussi en bouche. Fluide, léger, très minéral. Comme l'eau d'une source très rocailleuse. Peu acide. Certains ont aimé son côté très frais et désaltérant, d'autres l'ont trouvé un peu insipide.
  Peut-être un peu cher pour ce qu'on a dans le verre?

  13.0% - Hazy, med to light lemon / clean, med intensity - stone fruit, apricot soft flesh, lime zest, almond, white flower / dry, med acidity, med creamy body, med intensity and length. This is pure, crisp and very well balanced.
