  Decanted for an hour and drank with steak. Dark fruit, earth notes, and tobacco. Really tasty right now.

  Absolutely lovely. Well balanced. Dark fruits (frutos del bosque) and pepper on the mouth, some mint and tobacco to follow. Very well resolved flavors. Absolutely a beautiful wine right now.

  Deep ruby in color. Slow, thick legs.
  
  Lots of earth and mineral on the nose. Tobacco. Dark fruit
  
  On the palate there is tobacco, ripe Plum, and black cherry. Velevety mouthfeel with some tight tannins on the finish. Good acidity. Very well balanced. Lovely reserva. It’s been a while since I’ve had a Rioja. This was a nice welcome back.

  Opened the bottle, P&P over 2 hours. Nose of sweet tobacco, dark cherries, and oak. Pleasant acidity, grainy tannins, beautiful dark cherries and blackberries with tobacco and wet leaves. The ending is medium long with white pepper and pleasant oak notes.
  
  This wine is very well balanced and definitely in a good spot right now. It's fruity - pretty complex overall for the price point - very good by itself or with chicken and collard green lemony penne like we had it with. I was surprised by this bottle, which only reinforced my idea that I need to try more Rioja.

  Very pleasant and well-balanced rioja wine. This wine has an intense but light ruby-red color. The nose has an intense aroma, and fruity aromas are revealed more clearly. In the mouth has the right acidity, a perfect balance between intensity and elegance. Finishes in the palate, long and delicious.
  
  This is one of my favorites Riojas because it's a combination of the old style with the new winemakers flourishing in Rioja.
