Medium cloudy lemon colour. Pronounced nose with grape, pear, peach, lemon, honey, wet stone, lychee and honeysuckle. Medium taste of grape, lemon, honey, lychee, wet stone, honeysuckle and yeast. Long and semi-dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium body. A very good and aromatic Pet Nat that drinks well now. Goes well as an aperitif or with cheeses.

Extremely floral. Cloudy, effervescent. No initial funk. Becomes more complex as it warms in the glass. Very enjoyable with fish tacos.

Interesting, but a persistent bitter note on the finish mars the experience. 13%

Yeasty and dough on the nose in an intriguing way. Has a very specific strong nose.
Apparently Malvasia grapes are insanely delicious. And drinking the juice lead to making this wine.
Lightly turbid but no chunks, never funky.
