  This is of the serious/big school of Cru Beaujolais. It's got a lot of stuffing and palate presence and seems built for aging, as well as being a good pairing for substantial food. Aromatically I get more of the blue/black fruit than the red variety. Frankly I prefer my Bojos to be a bit lighter on their feet and more approachable, so this isn't my favorite style, but there is no denying the wine's quality.

  Dégustation Beaujolais 2005 et 2009 (Au Petit Resto): Belle fraîcheur, plus de structure que le brouilly bien sûr, mais les tanins sont fondus et je doute qu'il se bonifie davantage. Belle finale minérale, harmonieuse. Jolie bouteille, qui n'a toutefois pas fait l'unanimité. 90-91 pts

  Un nez pur et frais de framboises, avec un coté floral
  La bouche montre une belle fraicheur. Plus ouvert et expressif qu'à l'achat, il est dense, envoûtant, pur et savoureux.
  La finale est minérale, exempte de la chaleur que je reprochais au Foillard 2005 hier. Il lui manque la complexité aromatique, mais vu l'équilibre et la vigueur qu'il conserve, je ne serais pas étonné de la voir apparaître d'ici quelques années. Excellent! 91 pts
