  Tried and enjoyed the 2014 of this affordable Priorat, happy to see 2016s on the shelf. Medium/Pale Ruby color. Very, very shy...working very hard to find any aroma at all, and settling on cherry, compost and wood shavings. Completely different story on the palate. Bursting with lively cherry flavor. Creamy texture, medium body, cranberry in the finish, with firm tannins.
  
  Young, exuberant and bright, with enough structure to elevate it above the one-dimensional.
