  A savoury, less fruit-forward Beaujolais.
  Medium aromas of underripe raspberry and pink bubblegum and strong herbal notes. Minimal (or no) oak.
  On the palate, the texture is very rich and full - a sign of extensive lees ageing. Good acidity, decent tannins and structure. Ends with a slight, but still pleasant, bitter note.
  A thinking man’s Beaujolais, rather than one to smile about
