Nice dark color, but initial taste was a little tart and no finish. After 45 minutes of decanting, more dark fruit and some oak appeared. Not much complexity, but it did pair well with our red meat dinner.

Not quite as deep and complex as I recall in the tasting room. Maybe it needs time to open up. I'll update this if it gets better the next day. Deep purple color. Slightly sweet, briary nose. Finish seems a bit off. Updated: I do think it improved the next day. The "off" finish seemed to go away. I would recommend decanting this for at least an hour.
