Method: 58 degrees (warmer than I prefer to drink Sauvignon Blanc, but here we are); Sauvignon Blanc glass; pop and pour
Look: pale+ straw; many medium speed legs
Nose: ripe melon (honeydew?), pea shoot, dried grass (like you'd find hiking SoCal mountains in the summer), just a hint of creek water; pretty expressive nose
Palate: melon, lemon-lime, flint; long- finish of flint, minerality (perhaps slightly bitter); dry; medium+ body with a bit of a buttery smooth mouthfeel; no tannin; medium+ acid
Overall thoughts: Flavorful with a nice, rounder body. It's a bit simple and perhaps lacking refinement you might find in higher-end Sauvignon Blancs, but this is a well-made, nicely balanced Sauvignon Blanc. The richer flavor and fuller body is what really bumps this up to a "very good" wine for me.

PNP. Straw color. Honey, nutty, guava, and dried apricot on the nose. Smooth, dry, unctuous palate. Acidity provides nice, firm structure. Really fun, unique SB.

The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are few and medium speed.
It smells like honeydew, lemongrass, wet gravel, stone fruit and melon.
It tastes like honeydew, lemongrass, mineral and melon. The body is medium with smooth texture. It has high acidity and some heat.
Overall, it's a yummy and refreshing wine.
