First Wednesday Wine Club (Napoli in Bocca, Haberfield): Served blind. Dusty glass resolved by vigorous shake but shame on me for not pre-rinsing. Lemon over gamey notes, meaty and savoury; wild ferment, touch of green apple, a little cream. Medium plus intensity acidity is a little sharp and a little prickly, a little texture grip. Fruit and other flavours a touch more muted on the palate. Guessed Alto Adige Muller Thurgau or Sylvaner 2019 (guess being the operative word here)
