  Oeil : paille léger, bien net, forte viscosité en parois
  Nez : retenu à l'ouverture, il s'est ouvert avec l'aération. Après une heure environ, projection d'intensité moyenne, frais, notes beurrées mais nobles, crème fraîche, amande verte, fleurs blanches, fruits jaunes, pêche blanche, noyau de pêche, invitant...
  Bouche : bien sec, ample à gras, amertume assez appuyée (très présente), acidité rafraîchissante, légère prise minérale, longueur moyenne au mieux
  Conclusion : bien quoique l'amertume nous agace un peu, notamment. Trop cher pour le rendu.

  Nice rich apple and pear with nicely integrated vanilla and buttery notes. Well balanced with fresh acidity. Enjoyable long finish. This elegant wine is drinking very well now on short decant.

  Pale gold; lemons, apples, slight butter, chalk, cut grass; lemon-grapefruit, minerally, light-medium body, crisp acidity, good balance, lingering finish.
  Intriguing lemon, apple and grassy notes with minerals, crisp acid and lengthy finish. Chablis-like, very well done. Best producer in Niagara!

  Lovely, highly aromatic nose delivers buttery, vanilla, ripe golden apple, and pineapple aromas. It's medium-full bodied and a touch ripe on the palate with juicy acids and very good fruit concentration and more vanilla, buttery, apple, and pear flavours. There's some leesy and mineral qualities on the mid-palate. Toasty and spicy notes linger on the long finish, with excellent length.
