Very enjoyable - light, acidic and not fruity, nice fresh nose and enough acidity from the Cab Franc - this a is truly lovely sparkling to have on hand, open up for afternoon or dinner with chinese food, cheeses, seafood medley, or just celebrate a sunny day. I really enjoy a cremant for the finish and aroma, the finer bubbles last longer and hold up well- It’s uncomplicated and amazing for the price and availability for under $25. Don’t waste it on mimosas but do top off an absynth for Death in the Afternoon cocktail. Great reason to pick up a case and have for the season ahead

Pretty pale pink in the glass. Yeasty nose, along with hints of strawberry. Crisp and refreshing, a good accompaniment to the (mild) curry. Its a Brut so its not too sweet, nor too astringent, a most pleasant french sparkling wine from Loire.

Medium pink. Few but steady stream of tiny bubbles. Light mineral, berry, and underripe pear nose. Just the right acidity. Bubbles are nice and uplifting. Palate is about what I would expect, light red fruits, acidic citrus, and a bit of stone fruit pits. But this wine then tastes like I walked into the lumber section of Home Depot. Seriously, Imagine licking the plywood and 2x4s - that is what I get. The finish is just overtaken by these lumberyard tastes. Seems to be getting a bit better with some air.
Decided to pop a stopper on this and put it in the fridge, wondering if some air will help this any and revisit tomorrow.

Excellent QPR. Purchased at Costco. Made awesome Mimosas the next day. Nice balance of dry and fruit. Will go back for more.
