Screw cap. The medium+ intensity nose is floral with apple, pear, and tangy citrus with hints of petrol and stony mineral. There is a kiss of sweetness on the medium-bodied palate with nice replays of apple, pear, and floral flavours backed by tangy citrus and mineral. Acids are fresh with touches of petrol on the mid-palate. Nicely balanced with stony mineral notes lingering on the finish, with very good length.
Pale and light bodied. A definite summer delight. Flavors of green apple and vanilla-oak. Perfect for sitting in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico. Would serve beautifully with seafood, light pasta dishes and mildly spiced dishes.
