  Aired for 1.5 hours and served with grilled Tri-tip and roasted vegetables. Dark crimson color and medium legs. Aromas of forest floor and strawberry / plum. Flavors of Raspberry, plum, and some coriander. A nice medium- long finish. Quite smooth

  Long decant. Dark purple with medium/ fast legs. Aromas of dried herbs and plum. Flavors of cherry, plum, and a touch of clove. Medium bodied with a long finish. Nice mix of four Burgundy clones.

  A little on the more mellow side of this winery's typical Pinots, might need a little more time to develop. The nose has hints of raisin and forest floor. I pick up flavors of blackberry, fig and light toast. The body is light/medium with a juicy texture. A medium finish.
