Pretty much ordinary wine at a oddly awful value-for-money price, Rec RP £82.00...on the day I felt it wasn't even worth just half that.
N....not bad: some nice peaches and cream, oak well handled and some fruit intensity
T....massive disappointment after an interesting Nose had given some hope; boring wine, some ripe fruit, a little tannin, no real flavour/power/length here. Nothing actually technically wrong with it, just boring.
Rec RP £82.00.....a joke (if only it was funny). Not even worth half that, feels £20 ! Proper let-down from a winery I've previously had superb wines from. Hope it's a blip.

New Zealand London Annual Trade Tasting (London): Big, broad, the oak feels drying, mineral, nice mouthfeel though, impressive, medium finish but at £82 retail feels really overpriced, 13%alc, I should get a bottle just to taste this properly

D brought this in his dinner with colleagues. a typical new world chardonnay. Too heavy to me.
