On the nose is medium intense with cranberry, oak and a frank mineral background of chalk, then also a slight hint of vanilla and nutmeg.
In the mouth is dry, has high acidity and low tannins, light bodied with crunchy berries and very mineral with savoury notes, then on the retronasal also a smokey note with strawberry syrup, good balance, easy drinking, medium finish.

A nice lighter bodied red with a feral kiss of nutmeg and cinnamon, the nose having more power than the palate. I wanted a little more of what this wine was offering, more substance without much more weight. Drink over the next few years.

Light ruby red. Quite floral, bramble berries, cranberries, floral and minerality. Medium minus tannins (4.5/10) and medium bodied. Fresh palate with strawberries, gravel and leafy. Long finish balanced acidity. Drink till 2023.

Definitely off the beaten path and understand why Cinsault is a blending grape. Quite pleasant to drink. Would suggest a medium cheese pairing.

Floral notes and a light body, with touch of acidity. Very refreshing, without seeming like a rosé.
