A Loire Valley oyster shell, chalky angle to the unctuous mouthfeel in this wine. Aromas of apple and brioche kick around the nostrils, while the palate gives off flavors of melon, honeydew, yellow pear, apple skin, and saline. Long, slightly bitter finish. 80% Vermentino, 20% Chardonnay with no oak but lees aging.

Good acidity with tropical fruit flavours. Pleasing. The wine looks light gold colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It tastes like melon, guava and pineapple. The body is light/medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

Good white wine, and the £16.00 price fits what you get in the glass, I thought.
C....light straw
Intense Nose, though a whiff of almost-chemical earthiness I couldn't identify.
Mouth is: light to med' body; peaches, unripe apricots, real essence here, exciting; power too, though somewhat short, confusingly; ends almost dry. Defo a Foodie style.
VFM....okay. Worth the £16 RRP

Similar note as the prior bottle. Just a very tasty Vermentino.

Fresh and fruity, reminds me of a good gascogne; a bit stony.
