On an oppressively humid evening, a Rosé is just the trick. This needed about thirty minutes to open up, and it was better as it warmed up just a touch. Then the dark cherry and strawberry fruit matched up with a lightly creamy mid-palate, and long finish that had just a bit of tannic grip. My last of three bottles, and the one that showed the best.
