  A nose of honeyed lemon and apple with distinct utility oil notes. Precise acidity are the hallmark here. Clean and straight. It is well integrated with the beautiful fruit and provides a long clean finish.

  Apple peel and flowers. Slightly stilted at first but opened up nicely. No surprise that this was almost 13%.

  Quick impressions at a trade tasting. My usual 5 star rating system- but all in brackets as many of these were barrel samples.
  
  dark citrus, blood orange, gravel notes throughout, on the palate peaches, wonderfully inviting, earth notes, fine depth, good persistence on the fragrant finish, noteworthy [****]
