Tasted at a trade tasting in NYC. Maceration and fermentation for 90 days then aged for 4 years in large 30-50 hectoliter Slavonian oak casks. ~4,000 bottles produced. Mouth coating tannins, rather harsh and muddled...seems like shipping shock or something but this would need a lot of time to come together.

Dufter av modne kirsebær, lær, nøtter og sopp. Fruktig og saftig frukt med faste tanniner og en fin lengde.

Whites by more famous Red makers.....& vice versa. (Grill Room, Hong Kong Country Club, Shouson Hill, Hong Kong): Served blind. Deep semi-transparent cherry red. Young but velvety and rounded. Very red cherries-driven. Seems to be drinking in it's short initial accessible window before it shuts down but could be super in 10+ years...we'll see. Thanks, Manuele!
