Interesting. Made in a vin jaune style, 4 years aging in oak without being topped up. Producer recommends opening a few hours before serving, and serving slightly warmer than you might another Chardonnay. This bottle had a bit of rancio but not as much nuttiness as I expected. Will be on the lookout for proper vin jaune (made with Savagnin) from Cotes du Jura.
