  醒酒一个半小时，淡宝石红色，闻香有很淡的腌菜味，碾碎的红色水果，以及一些草药味。入口酸度中高，单宁紧涩，细沙颗粒，量多得有点糊嘴，口中是草莓红果和草药的味道，后段辛辣，有酒精感，余味果香为主。这时草药味比较明显，单宁感强，需要进一步醒酒，做了一次换瓶，一个小时后再饮，香气更加开放，月季花，红果，些许烟熏，带着芝麻香气，入口单宁依然紧涩，但比一个小时前好些了，更加甜美一些，活泼的红果伴随着果糖气息，非常直接，酒体不轻，有一种喝浓缩果汁的感觉，后段透出一股力量感，伴随着喉间酒精的灼烧。没有橡木桶的影响，品尝的是最直接的果味，一款风格鲜明的歌海娜作品。之前喝过2017年也是同样喝高酒精度果汁的畅快感，这次2015，没想到依然很活泼，几乎没有明显陈年迹象，酒风甚至更加强劲，现在饮用稍微早了点，还可以放很多年，突然开始期待这支酒陈年后会有怎样的变化。
