  Brought this to Burlamacco Ristorante (East Coast) for dinner with my wine mates. Theme of the evening: Wines from Chris Ringland. Bottle was decanted for 2 hours prior to consumption.
  
  Dark deep purple. On the nose the inky and iodine notes were formidable yet unmistakable. Savoury with rich, ripe red fruits. Wine is energetic and fruit forward in nature, bringing peace, calm and charm.
  
  Has the Chris Ringland signature style: calmness amidst the energy, with the energy co-existing with the charm peacefully.

  Opened this in our stateroom during our vacation onboard the Royal Carribbean "Quantum of the Seas." Bought this from Australia during a vacation in 2019.
  
  Bright purple in colour with notes of young red fruits, plums, ripe berries, milk chocolate, vanilla and some cream. Well layered with dimensions and complexity.
  
  Not an entry-level wine, but not an unapproachable or inaccessible wine either. Long silky finish coupled with fruits and balanced with acidity.
  
  What I really liked about this wine is within the layers of energy there is an oasis of calm and peace; within the charm and grace, the power rages on.
  
  Welcome to the world of Chris Ringland wines.
