  Very disappointed with this vintage. I bought the bottle last year and the color is orange like. Not much fruit on the palate, bubbles are delicate (Pet Nat) style or even Kambucha.. It doesn't taste like a Traditional Method sparkling.A lot of aciduty on the palate and cider style yeasty taste.
