But the palate is a totally different experience with candied red fruit and a smooth, polished delivery, a la teeter totter or lower end Melka wines. And it tasted just fine, but was unexpected. Old BDX aromatics, young cab on the palate. I’ve scarcely tried a wine that made less sense to me.
