  Copper colour. Fragrant of oxidized, cooked deliciousness. Medium sweet with a tang and depth that keep you reaching for the bottle. The open bottle was stored upright in.my cellar for a few weeks.
  The bottom 1/3 of the bottle had a burnt rubber hint in the nose. This was the worst in the last glass, full of sediment.
