Pretty much the same impression as the previous bottle.
Citrus, pear, honey, herbal (amaro-ish), almond, loads of minerality and salinity. Incredible intensity in the wine which is both balanced and focused. Aftertaste going on for minutes.
Elegant and lovely wine that goes with most any food.

Very good - nice persistence and acidity. Vaguely familiar to an Alsatian Sylvaner, yet also distinctly it's own wine. One of those wines that I find more interesting than delicious. Pretty good QPR as well.

From a producer I have liked for more than a decade, that makes some other really magnificent age-worthy wines, both white and red. PnP to have with a shrimp and zucchini pasta dish. 12,5% ABV. Pale yellow color. Nose is floral and also shows some sweet spice, vanilla and cardamom. Palate is bright with acidity, very floral along with some mixed citrus, under-ripe pear and a somewhat oily texture I liked a lot. Overall though it is light to medium bodied and more subtle than forward. Very nice wine and a reasonably good QPR, but not really compelling.

This is really good, the second lot is more impressive, more fuller. High complexity with herbal notes, a long and persistent finish.

Solid and well made but not very inspiring. Quite fresh.
