  👓 As soon as you begin to pour, you notice the rich, deep garnet color.
  
  👃 On the nose, we have dark cherries, leather, and blackberry. Slight layers of casis, or black current with notes of fresh wildflowers.
  
  👅 Fresh, fruity, and full bodied. This wine surprised me with it's depth and rich pallate. Some tannins, but silkier than I expected. The acidity at the start gives way to a long finish that makes this bold red a sipping beverage as well as a perfect pairing for charcuterie and hamburger soup.
