Lush, ripe, creamy, oily textured wine with vivid citrus, flower, and honeydew notes on the nose and palate that is ready for drinking. Drink from 2022-2026.

Lighter barely golden color, reticent nose with some wet slate / minerals / white floral / linen notes. Balanced on the palate, a little more acidity than I remember past Pegaus. Nice.

Granite, fennel, scrambled eggs, white pepper, shoe polish, and apricot pastry in the nose. This is young and serious, offering the sense today that even after an hour of swirling and air, she’s not inclined to offer great pleasure in her youth. Well structured balance of acidity and richness, with green apple seeds. underripe apricots, yellow fruit pits, kiwi, and medium length notes of apricot and hay strewn minerals in the finish. Needs two years to meld, and will drink great for 10. Fine tonight with brick pressed poussin and spicy cruciferous veggies.
