Drukket til ceviche av uer.
Lukt: klassiske petroleumstoner fra lagring, litt honning, bakt sitron, modent gult eple - melent,
Smak: fin balanse mellom syre og sødme, modne epler, frisk, voksaktig, litt kremet munnfølelse. God til maten. Litt for mye restsødme uten mat, men denne er drukket til mat og score deretter.
