  An unspecified blend of Friulano, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla, this medium golden wine flaunts an intense bouquet of pit and tropical fruits, buttressed with orange blossom, jasmine, almonds and dried herbs. Medium-to-full-bodied, freshly acidic, minimally oaked and with well-integrated alcohol (listed as 13.5%), it delivers flavors in line with the nose, adding distinct mineral notes and a touch of spice. Solid on the mid-palate, it concludes long and crisp. This is a very impressive Italian white that is well-worthy of its sticker. This particular bottle was uncorked and poured, being tasted over a two-hour period. Benefitting from an hour of aeration, it may be one of those rare whites that merits decantation (especially if served immediately). Drink now-2026.

  White peach, melon, apricots. Wet stone and a bit of salt. Small hint of butter/dairy. Mostly fruit driven wine with bursts of mineral. Medium + body, very smooth.
