bitter pit fruit, with hints of mid palate richness that I think reflect a ripe vintage. I enjoy this but I wouldn't necessarily consider it a classically styled chablis. Need to try side by side the ‘17 to get a better sense.

As compared to my two prior tastings of this wine, this bottle fell flatter than I remembered it. That said, the sushi that accompanied it was spicy and that may have thrown off my palate. The finish seemed dry and astringent.

Delicious! Do not serve cooler than 50 degrees if you want to drink it at its best. All you have to do is put your nose in the glass and smell it to know this is Les Clos Grand Cru Chablis.

allowed to warm to room temp n- honeysuckle, honey m - honeyed yet very clean. much more cote de beaune than chablis. supposedly a good year for this estate. i enjoy this wine which has power. though dont drink this and think you had a classical chablis.

Similar to my previous tasting note. Drinking wonderfully now. A great Grand Cru Chablis, especially for the price.
