  Por copas. Bello y ligero color salmón. 80% garnacha (carácter oxidativo y marcadamente ácido añadiendo longitud) y 20% syrah (aporta estructura y amplitud). Todo indica en nariz que estamos frente a una botella simple y algo artificial pero al paladar se transforma en un vino carnoso, graso incluso, con una extraordinaria persistencia que hace salivar continuamente. Este vino rosado puede aguantar muchos tipos de comida.
  Por cierto, al final se entiende ese "corazón de lobo" de la etiqueta. Por cierto, vino biológico.
