  Opened last two bottles. First bottle was OTH -- too oxidized to drink.
  Second bottle was definitely well past prime and leaning heavily to butterscotch, but was still drinkable. DEFINITELY time to finish these off. I'm looking at you, all 584 remaining bottles in cellars...
