  • Appearance: Pale Ruby
Nose: Med+ Intensity, rose water, rhubarb raspberry, strawberry sorbet, clove, basil, anise seeds, dried herbs, sour cherry. Developing.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, med+ tannin, med+ intensity, high alcohol, med body, strawberry, savory tannin, dried herbs, fine powdery tannin, coffee, linger finish. Very elegant style yet powerful. Well balanced between, alcohol, acidity and fruit flavor.
Overall, very good wine. can drink now, has potential for further ageing. Typical high quality Grenache from ancestor vine (grafted though) in Barossa. Only a little more than 2300 bottles filled. We visited the winery a few months ago and bought this bottle right after the tasting, very impressed such an excellent wine made by Brett, a young talented rising star.

  • Dense, deep and dark, loaded with black fruits and tinged with earth. It is stony, powerful and very long.
