Heavy Weight. Dark purple. It reminded me of port, but a bit more syrupy sweet. Desert type wine to be enjoyed with ice cream, Neapolitan pastry, chocolate eclair, or other similar desert. Drinking well now, but will last a long time in the cellar.

Dark sweet wine, intense port like nose, very sweet in the mouth - maybe too much so. Would be interesting to see how this develops. Right now it is best in moderation.

Prunes, dirt, chocolate and licorice. Originally I had this in the fridge but it was too cold. Lightly chilled is much better, maybe 60 degrees. Not as tasty as a Sauternes but still interesting and fun.

Very good. This may not be a truly great wine but it was a truly great pairing with a chocolate fudge lava cake. Absolutely perfect.
