  lost all acidity. Still quite some fruit but on the verge to oxidize. On the second day it was already spoiled.

  Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light lemon colour, with wide watery rims and legs.
  Nose: Clean, with medium intensity aromas of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of green apple and pear, floral notes of blossom, mineral notes of waxy, sweet spice of ginger, kernel notes of almond. The wine is developing.
  Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity, the wine has medium (+) alcohol, medium body and medium (+) intensity flavours of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of apple and pear, mineral notes of stony and saline, floral notes of blossom, dairy notes of cream. The wine has a medium (+) finish.
  Conclusion: Good quality Swiss Heida with a reasonably intense nose showing fair complexity, with nice citrus and pear aromas dominating, supplemented with floral, waxy and sweet spice notes. On the palate the wine has good acidity, refreshing and vibrant, with fairly high alcohol for a white wine and showing good concentration and length on the finish. It is ready to drink now and not intend for further ageing.
