4th Saturday Group (S&J's): Double blind. Opens with a toasted note followed by orchard fruit qualities. Hints of citrus mixed in as well. Apple, citrus, mineral and toast on the palate, finishing with good length and balance. I think we all guessed domestic chardonnay. Very good, if not particularly representative of the variety.
