  • medium lemon colour with small fast bubbles. Apricot reflexes. nose: baked aples and apple pie; full, an intense bit one-dimensional but very good. taste: high acidity; yeasty and bread crust aromas - autolytic; fruity - apples, pears - more towards neutral/sweeter taste. finish full of spring water. Great acidity is superbly hidden by sweeter fruit. great job.
