  Nase: präsentes Bouquet, balsamisch, geht fascht schon in Richtung gereifter Essig, wirkt nicht mehr soooo frisch, Vanille, und Würze
  Gaumen: Gerbstoffe sind ziemlich "eingepreist", also verarbeitet, eine nicht mehr ganz frische Säure, aber angenehm, fruchtig, eher filigran, langer Abgang
  Fazit: nicht mehr ganz so frisch der Junge. Gefällt aber trotzdem noch, und ich bin froh, habe ich ihn im Preis reduziert gekauft. Wobei, selbst schuld, ich hätte ihn auch schon früher trinken können. Es ist kein Wein, der sich Jahrzehnte hält, so 3 bis max. 4 Jahre ab Jahrgang hält er durch. Ich sehe ihn als gefällig an, gut gemacht, preislich finde ich ihn für einen 0815-Übersee-Wein etwas teuer, wobei ich sollte ihn mal mit jüngerem Jahrgang versuchen. Aktuell ok für mich.
