  • A major disappointment! It has excellent acidity and tartness but there's no real flavors to it just a citric acidic mouthful. I don't know if this is past Peak or what but this one bottle will certainly not worthwhile

  • Exceptional. Not a clue how much longer it would last, but wow this was a treat! major salinity, gravel and wet stone, a touch of smoke, apple, spruce, oyster, teeniest bit of petrol, ground cherries. lovely, likely the best kosher gruner ever. 94+

  • Central coast, California (Saint/Sta Rita Hills) Gruner Veitliner. Some aging in neutral french oak. 13.9% ABV. Deep Straw/medium gold appearance with watery viscosity. Nose was medium intensity once given a vigorous swirl; citrus fruit, quince, pear, gardenia, ginger, white pepper, gooseberry, asparagus, slate, and vanilla. On the mouth the wine was elegant bodied with lean acidity. Rich mouthfeel. A hint of fruit on the front of the palate gives way to citrus and bitter minerals. Yellow apple, lime, jalapeño, wet gravel, petroleum, and saline. Nice, long, bitter finish with the acidity leaving your mouth dry.
