Reviewed 2016 recently, merchant sold out, 2018 in stock. Deep dark red. Light fruit on the nose. Nice balanced, medium bodied fruit across the palate, as well integrated as a round marble, no rough vibes, no sharp edges in front nor back palate. There is an enticing silky follow thru, touch of glycerin plus some elixir, all the way down.
Lovely wine, great buy. Not as like a CDP as 2016, not even close. But it is a CDR. Enjoy.
To test your tasting skills, invite your wine pals, open this, a 2016, the Brunier Megaphone 2018, the 2018 Brusset La Bastide Rasteau, a supermarket CDR or two or three. The grape mix is not that different. Be sure to raise a glass to the vignerons!!!!

A clean & serious CdR that needs a little time in the glass. No hurry to open these.

PnP. Drinks excellently, lots of fruit and soft tannins. Outrageous QPR

Nicely polished and easy to enjoy, just slightly lacking depth or complexity.
