Beautiful golden hue, lots of bubbles. Developed nose with yellow fruits, herbs, apples and yellow flowers. Dry with fresh but rounded acidity, medium body, nice good mousse. Some complexity in mouth, aromas as above plus a pinch of spicies and minerality. Summary impression: depth in nose, broad in mouth. Thinks of it as a "food champagne". Good QPR. Day two more rounded and some bruised apples added on the nose.
Base wine from 2015, 45% reserve perpetuelle (some stored on magnum). 15% Chardonnat from Chouilly Grand cru, 40% Pinot noir from Bisseuil Premier cru, 45% Pinot meunier from Damery. Fermentation partly in steel, partly oak. Three years on lees. Dosage 3 g/l.

Pale straw color. Aroma of green apple, lemon. Brut, floral, green apple and lemon zest. Bright and lively on the tongue. Very enjoyable.

Fresh, green apples, hint of gooseberries, soft minerals. Very pleasing. Will buy again.

I thought this was incredibly good value for money. Open for maybe 20 min before drinking.
