Unpleasant raisin or prune flavor, a bit sweet. Could not drink. Maybe bottle was cooked in storage or transport? There's no vintage on the bottle, but inconspicuous stamp "L8124A16" so must be 2016? I would return to store but not worth the risk during an epidemic.

Dave Phinney has done it again. I've enjoyed "E", "F", "CA", "WA", "I" and have been searching for "P". It is delicious! Lots of blueberry and cherry fruit in the beginning, followed by a balanced, peppery finish. And a long finish it is. I drank half the bottle one night, used vac-u-vin to seal it up. the second night it was softer and had rounded out even more. Thunbs Up!

Deep dark fruits and spice, pepper, black licorice, hint of tobacco. Slightly rough finish of earth and macerated blackberry.
