Finish: Medium(-)In conclusion, a good simple Cremant.
Really tasty, lots of lemon cream and brioche, with just the typical hint of scramant weetness on the finish. Apparently owned by Bollinger.
Good for its price. Great for Mimosa.
Loire Valley Whites Run Wild (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Very 'dry apple cider' with lemon peel. Equally tart on the palate. Sigh. I'd rather drink Somerset or Normandy cider…
