  Regal wine, of the same class and elegance as a white Burg. Meant to age a few years, this improves on the second day. Creme brûlée, bananas foster, apricot, lemon curd, all in beautiful balance with acid and texture. A pleasure to drink now but probably best in a few more years. Will try to buy a few more and squirrel them away.
