  Fresh, zesty and dry are the keywords for this basque wine often accompanying the typical pintxos in the bars of San Sebastian, Bilbao and others. That is also where I got to know this refreshing wine. A light sparkle is normal for this type of white. Lime zest and green apple can be tasted, but no grassy tones. Do I detect a hint of honey? Really nice for the the price of less than 10 euros I paid in a supermarket in Hondarribia.
