Tasted at Wild Ginger and a recommendation from Somm Jason. Dried apricots, sour apple, spice and peach. Picks up some nice minerality on the finish. Bright acidity. Perfect with the food pairings.

Not sure how to rate on scale. First sip was deceptive. With little nose except a small wiff of salt, I assumed this would be saltier then it was. Turned around every sip after that. Flavor profile ranging from toffee to pineapple. Would drink again
