When I drank this, I thought its profile was much more suited to a Viognier than a SB. I looked up the wine on the Pearmund site and discovered that it is 15% Viognier. The wine is a deep straw color in the glass. Tropical flavors, decent acidity, but not the zing that makes SB shine. Overall, this one is unusual and totally drinkable, but not distinctive. Salud!

nice crisp acidity, but not much nose. I may have served it too cold. Mouthfeel is almost sparkling. Overall a nice wine.
